These images were created using a technique pioneered entirely by myself. I attached a strip of LED lights to a bicycle wheel and spun the wheel throughout the length of the exposure. The LEDs were set to change color every second so I got a rainbow effect from the light. In the image with no lights in the frame but the rocks are illuminated, I used the lights to brighten the scene. It was a long exposure and a bit windy so the skirt created this flowing effect that made the photo almost appear as if it were underwater.
